To reserve the Recreation Room, please do so at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled reservation event.  Please read and fill out the Recreation Room Reservation Form.  If there are any questions about reserving the room, please email info@drakevillagehoa.org.

We encourage all residents to take advantage of our recreation room, but please be respectful as this is communal property. Here’s a bullet list of things to consider when reserving the Recreation Room for your party or event:

  • Recreation Room Hours:
    • 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM – Sunday through Thursday
    • 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM – Friday & Saturday
  • A refundable security deposit must be submitted to reserve a date.
  • The resident reserving the room must be in attendance at the event.
  • No pets are allowed in the Recreation Room.
  • No live music or DJ is allowed.
  • Jumpers/bounce houses are not allowed on the property at all.
  • The Recreation Room must be returned to “as found” condition following your event.
